Q seeks out the profit for fashion retailers and short life-cycle

What if you were able to understand the life-cycle of your products - get a deep understanding of how products in each area of your business were to perform during introduction, sell-down and then through markdown and exit? What if you were able to understand that life-cycle uniquely for each store in your chain?

It is the limitations of traditional software that make this a difficult problem to solve - Q does not suffer from those limitations.

Q understands product life-cycles and is able to respond to actual demand from the moment that the first sale is made through to product exit. Q uses that understanding of demand to continuously re-project the life-cycle of your products to enable you to send any hold-back inventory to the stores that need it the most - targeting profit.

Q helps you to understand how much of your product to hold-back and then intelligently uses that inventory to delay the fragmentation of the assortment, keeping your customer offering complete for longer and significantly decreasing the size of the markdown rack. This ensures that the customer sees what you want to sell them today, not what you tried to sell them yesterday.

Because Q understands demand at the SKU level, it is able to give you visibility to true local size and color requirements. This can be used to drive future buying decisions and also, where possible, to use singles to modify size ratios in-season.

Q is able to manage products that come in packs, in singles or any combination of the two. Packs allow you distribution efficiency, but do not have the flexibility to deal with localized sizing. Singles give you ultimate flexibility, but can be inefficient for distribution. Having a combination of packs and singles or different packs give you the best of both worlds. Q can manage inventory in this complex environment where traditional systems struggle.

Q is driven by merchandising strategies and understands both the merchandising and financial goals for the products it manages and automatically drives allocations and prioritization of available inventory to best attain these goals.

Only through this detailed level of understanding can you maximize the full-price sales of the inventory that you have bought.
